What's the most "PC" term for non-Irish nationals?

I'm writing about teaching English as a second language to non-Irish folks (which I quite enjoyed) and I'm trying to find the best term to use. I'll probably use "non-Irish nationals" as that's the term used in the Irish census...I think. And they've gotta be PC...right?

Non-Irish nationals, or even just non-nationals, is fine, as is non-native speakers (though I suppose, depending on context, they might think you mean people who don't speak Irish!

).

Probably plenty of others, too late and brain is too tired.

Durr, never thought of plain, old "non-native speakers". Gets around a potentially sensitive subject very nicely. My brain must be tired too. Thank you.
