    For men.

    Real relationship.

-Having to pretend to give a crap.
-Having to pretend to be interested.
-Having to alter your mood to cater for hers.
-Having to "build" upon the relationship by doing awful crap together.
-Being responsible to her cuz you happen to think shes worth the ride
-All the small talk and mind numbing trivialities
-Her frankness and the whole taking things quite literally
-The point where theres really nothing new to say
    -The jealousy
-The constant pressure of needing to impress her (mostly at the beginning)
-I'm not married but already I'm sure that the above is pale in comparison to post wedding such as mortgage, monogamy, kids and other nasty things. All this just for sex.

Or.....a prostitute. Only problem is they are way over priced.

But the hypothetical condition is prostitution was a legal, socially exceptable job. For me its an easy call. I dont think men and women were supposed to attempt to tweak with eachothers minds, well not for too long anyway.

Well you sound like a catch...

Problem is, op, you couldn't bring a prostitute home to your ma, as chances are they worked together before. that'd be awkward

Maybe you should just go for a middle ground and buy a mail order bride. Get one that cant speak english and you can cross most of that stuff of the list.

I need a few extra details before I can advise you to the best of my abilities.

    Your age?
    Your occupation?
Your weekly / fortnightly / monthly wage?
    Are you terminally ill?
    Are you blind / deaf?
How much are you willing to spend weekly on a prostitute?
    Do you have any allergies?
    What shampoo do you use?
Where do you see yourself in ten years time?

PM me your email address for an accurate, detailed reply.

I'm so offended by the responses, I thought I was right. Seems like I was way off. Maybe all the crap is worth the sex!

Yes, it probably is my sense that someone who equates visiting prostitutes with a loving relationship is unlikely to be married. Thanks for clearing that up.

Strong words, strong emotions, strong experience.
You should try it sometime. Might be the makings of you.

Judging by your opening post, I doubt that.

I'm glad I'm not you, or one of your ex's. (Assuming you have any).

Seriously if a relationship is just about sex for you then either you're 15, about as mature as a 15 year old or a troll. If you're just interested in sex then a one night stand is what you're after not a relationship.

Children like you give the rest of us male adults a bad name.

GZ, let me amend your OP to reflect what a relationship actually should be about:

-Having to pretend to give Giving a crap.
-Having to pretend to be Being interested.
-Having to alter your mood to cater for hers.
In a good mood just because you're with her
-Having to "build" upon the relationship by doing awful crap together.
    Wanting to do things together
-Being responsible to her cuz you happen to think shes worth the ride
-All the small talk and mind numbing trivialities sweet nothings, pillow talk and little things that only you two share
-Her frankness and the whole taking things quite literally
-The point where theres really nothing new to say a delight in knowing she's yours for keeps
    -The jealousy The devotion
-The constant pressure of needing to impress her (mostly at the beginning)
Wanting to please her and being delighted that she wants to please you too

Yano what I miss? when you were a kid and there were pint bottles of milk at the door. You had to get down there early to pour the creamy bit on your cornie flakes before the feckin' burds got at them.

You've destroyed my original post! The cheek. I think I speak for many men btw. Adyx - Dont reduce sex to something 15 yr old would prioritize. And dont kid yourself in thinking that all these X's of your own gave a crap about what you had to say because of your character. If you doubt, then dont put out and see how long he hangs about.

I'm not saying its like this for every lad. I see thriving relationships but form speaking to a lot of fellas and my own personal dialogue:pac:, its really about the toss and tumble.

I 'destroyed' your original post because it could have been done under the trades descriptions act for posing as a description of a relationship! I think what I wrote better reflects what they're about to be honest, though I'm keen to hear what others think on that score.
I think Adyx is a bloke, actually, what with describing himself as a male adult and all.
If for you 'it's all about the toss and tumble', then yes, you probably are better off with a hooker. Certainly, it's better that some poor girl doesn't have to put up with your frankly bizarre attitude towards human relations.

    This changes nothing.
And its not a bizzare attitude. I have healthy relationships with friends who I actually get along with and stimulate my mind.

    Do you pay them?
If they asked for cash for their time with you, would you pay them?
    If not, why not?

If never had a prostitute. If I did of course I'd pay. Because I like women just for sex doesnt mean I'm a criminal.

    Not what I asked.
I asked would you pay your friends for the time they spend in your company, and if not, why not?

Why would I pay them? We are together in whats assumed as a pretty complimentary interaction. Otherwise we probably wouldnt be chums.

Hmmm. That's a pity. I could use a few extra quid and was going to open negotiations on an hourly rate for my scintillating company.
So, what you're saying basically is that you don't want to have a complimentary interaction with women. Do you feel inadequate or something?

Maybe you're gay? You probably owe it to yourself to drop into one of those sauna places and find out.
