I am wondering if anyone has had same problem with MMS.

I can receive texts no problem but cannot open picture messages at all or send them. When trying to open mms I hit the download button but it just goes grey and picture does not open. I have checked setting and they all look ok to me but any suggestions would be welcome.

    Thanks

Just wondering if you got this sorted? I am on my second galaxy ace in 5 weeks because of the same problem. Am with Meteor and went back up with the phone again last weeks and they told me in the store that i would be better off changing the phone completely to a different model, which I didnt want to have to do at all!!!!

I've having the same problem. I've been on the phone to O2. They sent me a text message with the settings, but there was no 'Accept' button on the text, so I couldn't accept the settings. They suggest I bring the phone back into the Carphone Warehouse where I bought it. I will do so. I really like my Ace in every other way.

Check your data settings. My ace works fine in ireland but when im roaming and the data roaming is switched off i can not view mms messages. This could also happen if you have data barred on your account.
    Hope this helps.

Thanks. Yes, the problem was that I had packet data disabled. I assumed that wi fi would do the job, but evidently it doesn't.
