    Hi everyone,

Just got engaged and hoping to marry next summer. As we are having a small wedding (50 people) we were hoping to have a reception in a good restaurant that will allow us to set up a PA and have our own band etc. after dinner. The main thing is that we can eat great food in a cosy/intimate setting. We are hoping to get married in a church just outside Macroom, so can have the reception in Killarney, Cork City or West Cork. Can anyone recommend a venue that might suit us in any of these areas.

    Thanks in advance!!:)

    Hi.
I'm not a venue specialist, but i know this website with venue search-form. I hope it will help you. It's here: UK venues for hire.
You have to: Choose one or more UK regions; Select Capacities; mark Additional Criteria if required and click button Search.
    Good luck.
    And congratulations on your engagement!:)

Hey, we were initially looking at The Rectory in Glandore, beautiful setting, food is apparently great, and it's very intimate too. Well worth a look, and the ladies who organise the weddings there are lovely. Also Flemings restaurant in Tivoli, Cork city, is a gorgeous Georgian house, food is reputedly wonderful and again very private. I would look there too!
