Fetac course and rent allowance

Hi there, I'm moving up to Dublin full-time for a Fetac course in August and I'll be getting Back to education allowance while I'm studying. I'm currently living in Mayo and getting Rent Allowance for myself and my wife, and I'm just wondering would I be entitled to rent allowance up in Dublin? Could anyone advise any…

Hi there,

while getting back to education you can retain your secondary benefits so you should still be entitled to it. Might take a while to sort it out though
