UPC Blocking Port 139 & 445

Hi,

Recently switched to UPC and it seems like ports 139 & 445 are being blocked?

can anyone else confirm?

I found something awesome.
speedtest at the upc website, download something from an ovh server (at 200kb/s on 100mbit), speedtest again, when download finishes, speedtest again.
You'll get 100, 50, 100. or there abouts, if you're on 100mbit.

A lot of ISPs started blocking them after the Messenger service spam and Blaster/Sasser worms appeared in 2003.
