canon err 99 on 5D. Where to get fixed?

I had a disasterous day yesterday. I had done a shoot in the morning and used my camera with no problems. In the afternoon I had an outdoor shoot and the first time I pressed the shutter the camera came up with err 99 and wouldn't take a shot. I bought the camera in December 2008 from 7dayshop.com

Probably a shutter issue but does the camera make any response when you press the shutter release like the mirror flipping up or any sounds?
