How do you delete a desktop toolbar in Windows7?

I'm not talking about the toolbars in the browser, I'm talking about the ones on the taskbar. I recently installed pokki toolbar and cant seem to uninstall it. I have tried using ccleaner and deleting all files with the name pokki but its still there. I can disable it by right clicking the taskbar going up to toolbars and…

I can disable it by right clicking the taskbar going up to toolbars and unchecking pokki but when the pc starts again it appears again and I have to do this all over again. Does anybody know how to uninstal one of these desktop toolbars?

Thanks that was exactly what I was looking for. Every time I typed the question into google it only ever gave me options on how to remove the taskbar.
