Click Credit card & aer lingus

Hi, My problem is this. If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it Today I booked flights to england with Aer Lingus for next weekend, It does state they are non refundable, Only taxs are with admin fee. I paid via an AIB Click card, Can I ring AIB & Cancel payment? before aer lingus get it?
