Hello, Just wondering if anyone can tell me what form to change ownership of herdnumber or add as a joint name, and can I find them online? Also, are there any benefits of having an herdnumber in a joint name, if one deceases does it fall to the other person? The same with single farm payment, if in joint names? How long…

Use ER1 form. Google ER1 application form and you'll get it.
