Abandoned drinks in pubs or night club

Heard this from Polish guys that were working in a night club.

Collect all left over slops & beers.

Get a deep fat fryer and remove the lid completely.

Fill the deep fat fryer with slops it to about an inch below the level of the chip cradle.

Place a dish in the chip cradle.

Replace the lid with a large dish that can contain ice.

Switch the deep fat fryer on, when it boils the alcohol will condense before water dose and will fall in droplets into the dish.

Keep on doing this for about two hours.

Result = Pure Alcohol

I presume that all this is legal because the tax has already been paid on the alcohol.
