$200-$250 between two of us  Robbery over here!! Dont go out too often...

Some people spend 200 Euro on a night out? Are ye serious?? Good God...

I spend about 15 Euro on a night out. Quit smoking and don't go to clubs where you have to pay in. Not more than that anyway. Beers are only E1.20 in Spain although they're tiny...they're bleedin' lethal though. Mixture of those and being in my 30s does the job.

€50 midweek, €100+ at weekends, have slipped above €200 in the past and no idea how. Dublin's great, but it doesn't half hoover the money outta yer pockets.

too much over the last couple of years.

Cork (which is rare these days) - about €60. nice and cheap, but ****e

    Dublin - €100+
Seems to be around €120 most nights out. When you go out Friday, and then Saturday, and include some midweek drinking then it's a costly pastime.

    My breakdown is:
taxi in and out: about €20-25
    pints: €35ish
    whiskey & cokes: €40+
    food: €10
    other ****e: €?

Are you still in Brum ? Cos 13 pints here are a lot easier on the pocket than Dublin. Its travesty really that I'm moving away from this place, probably back to Dublin. Really wish they could sort Digbeth out though , its got so much potential

spent only € 20 last night on 8 pints...obviously figures will vary alot from where you would go

€20-30 on drink (3 pints €10 or cans beforehand..it cold easily go up to 50-60 on shots and spirits though)
€5 food (chips, burger, kebab etc...)
€5Taxi or walk home.... 5 km.....
    €10 nightclub entry....

usually €50 would do me, but it could go up to €100, but I could get away with €20 or €30

I have gone out with €200 & spent it all & got drunk.

I have also gone out & spent €80 & got drunk.

Spending €200 = being a tit & buying drinks for people I probably wouldn't spit on of a normal night

Would you normally buy drinks for people you would spit on?

How do people go out for a few quiet pints in the local and spend 50 euro?? That's like 12 pints!! I wouldn't like to see them if they were out on the piss proper!

Last nite cost me €12. Two pitchers of beer which is just slightly less than 4 pints as ww were having a quiet one and that would usually be the sunday routine too. Got lift home so no taxi.

A Sat nite out would be €50 depending if move to kola kubes and coke from the pitchers and luckily taxi is usually only €6 home for me.

Every weekend I'll go out with great intentions of only having a few and saving my money. I'll wake up in the morning however with only a couple of 5 cent coins left in my pocket.

    It's a vicious circle..:(
