Where to buy a stall for selling goods (t-shirts) at market/on street??

Hi does anybody know where i'd get a stall for selling t-shirts at a market or at an event like a concert. id obviously need some sort of a canopy/umbrella for the rain. any help/advice would be much appreciated. thanks

you must also get a traders licence....or you could face prosecution.

yeah i have casual traders licence got. i checked that site and the stall was 500 euro!

i was thinkin more of a board type thing to hang t-shirts from. anybody have any idea where id get something suitable to use for selling t-shirts?
