    Hi guys,

    Im working from a pc and avid. And I'm just wondering which camcorder is easy to use with this this application (avid), I will have to purchase a new one and im just worndering which one would do the job. My current objective is to make a few shorts.

    Avid shouldn't have a problem with any camcorder that has a firewire connection.

    Depending on how much you want to spend you might be as well going with a file based camera, simpler to import files than have to digitise off a tape.

    What sort of budget are you looking at?
