If Boards actually lets me post this: I met ohthebaby in a club last night. We're definitely not sad, right OTB?

Discussing an internet forum on a Friday night out is hardly sad.

    :(

I saw you outside Hoges & Figgis, I waved but you didn't notice me. Totally devastated. And don't pretend that wasn't you; I saw the shorts and umbrella! :pac:

Heh. Sounds like me alright. Should have said hello. :)

'Duffy! Sure I know you well!'

    Good hustle team.

I actually have very little recollection of the entire conversation/ rendez-vous. I know it happened but any fine details are totally lost.
My mother got me entirely LOCKED before I even went out... and then the Jagerbombs. Fell asleep half way up my avenue when I got home. Finally made it into the house after a bit of a door-key-difficulty and decided it made sense to spoon my dog for an hour or so... As I said, good hustle.

Actually, the best bit is that I didn't tell some of my friends that I was going home, and they assumed I was off somewhere shifting "that curly haired Galway guy you were talking to". Bahaaaaa

Yeah it seemed to be generally assumed by the Galway lads back in the house that we were shifting back at the rugby club. They were very disappointed to learn otherwise. In fairness chatting in a corner and probably appearing visibly startled and awkward every time somebody else joined the conversation would have explained that.
I don't think I was very drunk when we were chatting (Although some of the dancefloor photos suggest otherwise) but the fact that I woke up the next morning with the DT's, under a rug on a sitting room floor, is probably a sign I drank too much later in the night.

At a small boards meet up a few months ago, we knew a new guy was coming, but didn't know what he looked like or his real name. No-one had his number so I went into the smoking area and shouted "ERIC CARTMAN!!!!". After everyone was staring at me for a few seconds, out from the crowd comes a man, quietly going "Eh...... yeah.. I'm Eric Cartman" It works.

Do you drive a 2000 Ford Escort? I saw someone who looked extremely like you coming out of the shopping centre in one today.

Ok, it wasn't you so. The person almost knocked me off my bike and when I went to through them a dirty look, I thought it might have been you in the car. :D
