    What comes to mind??

Just had this taught. Now i am in a happy relationship best i have ever been in but i do every now and again think about girls i was with in the past for various reasons.

What do people think about with theres ?? Is it ok to think about them or even still talk about them??

Still in love with mine. I'm an a*sehole and it's the biggest mistake I've ever made.

Depends on what you're doing at the time. If you're thinking of them while shagging your current partner there is something wrong somewhere!

I avoid thinking about my ex. Mostly because when I do, I'm choked up with what ifs and regrets.

The heartbreak is too vivid to revisit.

Do often think i have same situation meself. One girl i cant stand no more one if fell out with but regret it happening cause we were good mates.

I guess if i was single id probley care more but fact i have bigger and better things to think bout with someone else now covers up memorys i had before.

Still though my ex s tend to be in my face alot thanks to them being mates with my mates infact knowing my luck one has already found me on here and i dont know yet :P

one I'm completely meh about. one I hope is happy as we split on amicable terms and I see her fairly regularly on nights out, was a short term thing, didnt work out, no harm done to either of us so can chat away plus it was about a decade ago. and one I have the "what ifs" for, didnt help I met her out a few weeks ago and we got on like we never broke up, was some major sparkage going there but nothing came of it and I doubt anything will.

thanks op, now I'm going to go drink my own weight in whiskey.

    1. 'thank feck thats in the past'
and the others im pretty 'ah well' about - didnt end badly, or well. not people i wanted to stay friends with

its pretty natural to occasionally wonder about then and maybe go so far as to wonder what if. so long as a spot of memory lane rambling is all youre doing

I can't stand two of them! The other two I became really good friends with sadly one of them past away!

As it went in the film (500) Days of Summer - you generally only remember the good parts and block out the bad parts.

I think about mine occasionaly but then try and remember why you broke up... Regardless though... Sex with an Ex can be enjoyable!!!

Ah no, its not like I'm incapable of happiness again, just that the good times were really good. The bad times are what gets me past the regrets.:)
