Recently ive noticed more and more and how im becoming more similar to my father. My mannerisms and even the way i stand is almost identical to my father. I wouldn't mind but i don't particularly like the man.

    Nope.

Not that I try not to be like them but I don't really have the same mannerisms.

I could never imagine my parents rocking out in their 40's and being totally irresponsible, so no.

No, I don't think I look like my Mam, however, I most certainly find myself sounding like her on occasion. I find myself commenting (not in a complimentary way) on the make up, fashions, hairstyles of (oh Lord) the younger generation.

"Lookit the state of that wan's face - sure she's only a child and covering her young face with that stuff - disgraceful"

"Good God Almighty, that young fellah nearly exposing his bum. Shocking."

"Did that pair even look in the mirror going out? You can practically see their underwear"

    etc

My girlfriend keeps telling me how I'm gradually morphing into my Da.
Lots of peoplr say it to me aswell. I have all his mannerisms and the exact same sense of humour. Its kinda scary sometimes when I say something and realise its exactly what he'd say!
