Signed lease with one tenant - second tenant now moving in - what do I need to do?

Hi, I signd a lease with a tenant a few months ago. Now her boyfriend is moving in. What do I need to do? Should I get them both to sign a new lease to replace the old lease? Do I need to let the PRTB know? I guess I also need references etc from the boyfriend? Any advice appreciated.

You don't have to do anything, it's probably easier with one person on the lease as well.
