just got one of these scanners and having trouble setting up the memory banks. scanner has 400 memory channels but i cannot seem to set up the various banks with channels 1-100 for example. all i get when i setup a frequency on a particular channel is bank 00 1a 2a etc and only 2 channels per bank are showing,when i try to…

just got one of these scanners and having trouble setting up the memory banks.
scanner has 400 memory channels but i cannot seem to set up the various banks with channels 1-100 for example.
all i get when i setup a frequency on a particular channel is bank 00 1a 2a etc and only 2 channels per bank are showing,when i try to enter a third freq on the same bank the original channel gets overwritten.
the booklet is no help at all and very frustrating.
anyone have the same problem.
