How does graduation work, as in, who do you graduate with? I'm doing the BA Media Studies with German, but I did Erasmus. Does that mean I'll be graduating with my media class or do they put the BA Internationals together? Does anyone know?

That's assuming I'm graduating in September, not October

I think you'll be graduating with your media studies class, seeing as it's a denominated degree.

My sleep pattern is all messed up atm -___-

I thought whatever was part of Arts, no matter the code, was just done alphabetically? So I'd be in with people from all sorts of subjects...

I wish it was done by class... I'd like to be there with the people I know.

Media studies is a separate course though (as in it's a BA Media Studies, whereas ours is just a BA). Arts is indeed done alphabetically; it would be nice if it were done in subject groups, but sadly not.

IMMA GON SEE MORRISSEY IN JULY!! :D:D

Same here! Was delighted when he announced a second date; I'd slept in during the original date's ticket sales.

Snap. Yesterday I couldn't sleep at all, so being up for 9 was a lot easier this time :p

Aw I really wanted to head to that, but not able to sadly. Lineup is really good! And the weather should be lovely for it too :)

Have been trying to figure out when I and my class will graduate - I even asked the head of my department (law) - as well as asking what colour ribbons we get.
he didn't have a clue. Damn being the first graduating class of my subject!!

    DEGREE OF BACHELOR
    Gown Black Oxford-style Bachelor’s gown.
Hood University Green Oxford-style simple-shaped hood, lined throughout with faculty colour.
    Cap Black mortar board.
(Exception: LLB, which has a Master’s gown and hood)

Is that all law or what makes the LLBs so special?!

It's just LLBs. So there won't be anyone graduating with that until September 2015 (WOW, that's a long time away.) I don't know why they graduate in masters robes, though!

I've seen the booklet, yus, thanks Duddy, but my question is whether we will graduate in Law colours or in Social Science colours - at the start of the degree we were mixed in with business, but then the Law dept got sniffy and upped and left to Rhetoric Annex (IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE)!!

So, yes, dunno if it'll be prune or fawn.
Oh, the thrilling problems I have these days!

Time spent hacking iOS5 beta onto iPhone: 30 minutes
Time spent undoing damage by doing so: Probably a lot longer.

On another not, I *really* hope Alt_Grrr hasn't stolen my Boxee Box :/

I seem to have put it in 'Accessibility Mode'. It's reading aloud everything I tap and type.

I really want one, I hid yours so its not in plane view.
I was going to take the apple tv, but I don't need a paper weight (Besides my Microsoft Paperweight is actually a really good paperweight )

I kinda jokingly put the boxee remote in my front pocket and walked off... only realized I had it much later on... so remind me to give it back when you get back in.....

Ha! Will do. Lunch at 1?

I spent 3-4 hours trying to get it to work online/cursing, then Alt_Grrr and a friend come in. I talk to the friend for about 30 seconds, turn around and Alt_Grrr just has it working.

    Bah.

So, just found out I got a 2.1, but have a Masters interview in half an hour. I'm drinking very nice coffee, but my feet are very sore. I'm a bag of mixed emotions:p

How did you find that out? More importantly, what did this information cost you? :D

    And, well done! :)
