The fridge compartment of our Zannussi fridge freezer is much to cold and the compressor runs all the time. I replaced the thermostat in the fridge yesterday. The problem is still there. I had a look in the freezer department today and there is what looks like two more thermostats on the inlet and outlet of the radiator. These are wired back to the defrosting motor control box. Could one of these need replacing. Any help would be appreciated.

I just switched off the light and motor has stopped running. What's the switch for?

what i suggest you do now is let your food stocks run down and totally defrost the fridge soon , maybe this week

that switch should always be off , basically it's a heater which pushes the motor harder and some are bypasses like a super freeze depends on model but when left on this normally leads to compressor burn out

look in your manual and it will give you information about it
