    You defined God in relation to heaven.....if you are going to do so, then questions will follow.

    Ooooo fantastic :) You make me so happy, Omentum! Exactly! Think outside the box! What is the world, what is reality, who are we, who is God - what is a 'cloud', what is 'assumption'? Does 'up' mean the literal direction, ie into the sky, or does it mean an ascension to a higher plane of consciousness/form/spiritual wholeness? Does 'a cloud' mean something in the mind, or an act of dissolving, or a literal cloud, a veil between realities?

    And Heaven? Where is Heaven? Is it in the sky? Is it in death? Is it around us?

    Wasn't it Swedenborg who believed that we were all dead or alive or angels or demons, walking and existing together on the one plane, Heaven and Hell intermingled?

    Metaphysical theology!
