Listings gone from guide

I have the upc HD box, for the last few days I can't check the listings for the next eight days. Menu comes up but it's empty. Also my scheduled recordings are all over the place with most missing. I got a text from upc saying to follow instructions in the letter that was posted out but I didn't receive any letter yet.…

Can someone help me get my guide back please, it's annoying relying on the mini guide as it only does a day at a time. :mad:

Do a factory reset on the box. It should restore the guide but it will wipe anything you have in your planner. It WON'T wipe any recordings you have made.
