Im a novice in the kitchen and love food. I wanna learn more, but the only course I can find is in WCFE (CTI) from Sept, once a week for 12 weeks?

    Anyone know of anything else?

I saw a sugarcraft course in jamies creperie, don't know anymore details on it.

What type course are you looking for ie. one day, week or weekly night classes?

Any particular cuisine so as to know where best to suggest?

There's Dunbrody House Cookery School, The Tannery in Dungarvan though I once sent an email requesting info on a course and never got a reply.

In September some secondary schools do cookery evening classes.

The Abbey in Ferrybank run them in the evenings, term-time.

I think other schools may do them but I cannot remember but they're advertised in the newspapers in Sept.
