[Noob Question] Is the Fifa Account Cross Platform?

Hi, Im not too up on the FIFA scene. The brother plays FIFA 11 on the PS3 and he plays Ultimate Team... I noticed he can manage the team in a web browser too. He just got a Gaming PC and 360 controllers etc to play FIFA on the PC, What im wondering is if he buys FIFA for the PC can he use the same "EA Account" and manage…

Locked unfortunately.Fifa on the PC,PS3 and Xbox are basically 3 different games
