And only a short hop from Nobber

Another vote for Muff as a placename. Though this one's further North.

You can actually get a PADI qualification there.

What about a town with the most Jackeen name?

Oh, I saw a place called Heroineville, where a bunch of junkie fuc*s hang out shooting all day, and the stabbing rate is up 1000% percent.

    Fuc*in jackeen spastics.

Jealousy is such an ugly trait

    Castlefreke in West Cork.

    Freaky name, that.

Also there's a townland in Dunmanway called Coolmountain which by dent of its name became home to a community of new age travellers. True story.

drogheda (the dirtiest town in Ireland)
No it's not! Dublin city centre is by far the dirtiest "town" in Ireland. I've travelled the length and breath of the country for work. I dont recall anything bad about Drogheda, quite a pleasant place really. Dublin city meanwhile is not only the dirtiest in Ireland but also the dirtiest European or North American city I've been. It's a disgrace!
