    Is this coming to Sky for next season's EPL anyone?

    I know its early days but I'm sure this issue for a lot of Subs on Sat is a massive one.... Just thought I'd get the ball rolling.

    Its in Setanta's best interest to do this, UPC surely to god can't keep a hold on this exclusive....

    I asked the phone monkey about this the last time I rang to cancel and get a better deal. They didn't seem to have any clue if it's happening any time soon.

    Doubt it will ever happen. I reckon they barely have enough money to keep themselves going

    Not in this part of the world you wont. The last time I saw that on Lyngsat it was on a beam centered over Africa.

    I phoned Setanta at the weekend to cancel my sub. When asked by the guy why it was I was cancelling I metioned picture quality along with the fact that it's way over priced. He told me that Setanta "are in negotiations with Sky to launch it's HD channel on satellite and hope to have an agreement very soon". How true this is I don't know, probably just sales spiel but maybe might be something.
