    Cheese is great!

There are so many different types of cheeses that taste totally different. It's not like saying try this, say, tomato as they all taste the same.

You are missing out, never mind, more for us :D

I know they taste different. Still don't like them. Don't want to try any more, as I don't like what I have tried.

Cheese is great, but WTF is this obsession with cheddar?
There are brilliant cheeses made all over the country and a huge variety worldwide but in my local shop all they sell are about 10 different brands of fu*king cheddar (and the plastic or soft kiddy stuff), grated, sliced, in strings and a fu*king "fillet".
Centra, I hate every inch of you. :(

I love roquefort melted on a nice steak! The first time I tasted it, it nearly turned my head inside out it was so strong. Now I love the stuff. The mouldier the better. Comte and cantal are also delicious.

The missus is French so plenty of trips to France and all its wonderful fromage. She just found out she was lactose intolerant which is kind of cruel for somebody from the country with the world's best cheese. She disagrees with my theory about it being karmic payback for Thierry Henry.

Cheese is Cheddar! Cheddar is Cheese, the crumblier the better.

    Spray cheese is not FTW.

I used to hate it, now I'm mad for it. Love a decent cheese board with some port, nice bread and cured meats. Nyom. Goats cheese can gtfo though.

I love every kind of cheese (except knob) and could eat it all day everyday for the rest of my life and be fat and happy.

Totally agree - people seem to think Cheddar is the bee's knees of cheese - it ain't!!!

I've loved any cheese I've ever eaten, and we produce fantastic cheese here in Ireland - Desmond & Gabriel from west Cork are just amazing.

That said, processed cheeses such as Kraft or Calvita (does that still exist) are rank!

I eat cheese on pretty much everything, but I couldn't eat it on it's own. That's just... Weird.

Have you never heard of a cheese plate in a restaurant? Pretty common serving.

    Luuuuurve cheese.
Cahills cheese FTW-addicted to this stuff but hard to find in Dublin, only certain Superquinns occasionally stock some of the variations.

Burnt cheese is great. Slap a block on a hot pan, let it pancake, flip it when the edges are brown. Mmmm

Cheese is amazing. I have a whole drawer in my fridge dedicated to cheese, I haven't found one I dont like yet. I had crackers with blue cheese and slices of pear for lunch today - delicious.

If I was lactose intolerant I'd kill myself (method would be - eating too much cheese)

    I love cheddar cheese!

Over the Christmas, I tried some of the other cheeses that I couldn't pronounce as desserts and didn't like them. I was very disappointed with myself as it's kinda hard to find something I don't like but I just couldn't stomach them...:(
