    Long shot but anyone know of anywhere to rent a car in the vicinity of Roscrea on a bank holiday Saturday?

    they might not be open on the saturday of a bank holiday. they were not open easter saturday anyway...

    they can supply you with insurance if you need it. you just need a drivers licence

    ya donal ryan but the last sat i went there it was closed - maybe a half day - go early! If not i'll rent ya my punto for a small fee ha

    The last time I rented form them they are very very reluctant to let me use their insurance. Seems that most people simply use their own insurance on rentals.

    Also you may have to go to Templederry to collect.

    i rented a van off them at easter. no problems with insurance. just asked did i need it and i said ya. they dilevered it to roscrea for me to pick up that morning
