So I sold an ipod on ebay for 40 euro and the buyer contacted me immediately asking me when i would dispatch it, how long would it take etc. So I took this as meaning he wanted it send quickly and so I sent it the next morning. But he then informed me that he has changed address and forgot to update it on PayPal or ebay or whatever.

So now this package is on its way to this other address. What will happen? Will it be forwarded onto him? Will it return back to me?(i put my address on back if undelivered) Can he go to this address and pick it up?

What will I do? Can anyone offer some advice?

You always, ALWAYS, send it to the registered address of Paypal; that way if someone hijacks an account you're more likely to get the item back.

Now if you did not post it registered you're going to have to hope they return it; if it was registered it will return.

If he disputes the transaction, you will lose. It's unlikely to be returned to you, unless no one is at the old address and it can't be put through the letter box.

More than likely it's gone, and you'll have the money taken back from you.
