Revenue Verification Check: AVC's & PRSA's

Someone I know has been asked for the following; Please provide details of superannuation claimed with x no. of days for tax year ended 31 dec 20XX. i.e. AVC/PRSA certificates. What exactly does he/she need to send them to confirm this???

The pension company would have provided him/her with a contract document when the pension was established- this would have included a certificate that allows you to claim the Income Tax relief on contributions.

S/he could probably contact the company again and ask for such a document if s/he has not got it to hand.
