In which newspaper for Dublin City and surroundings has job adverts? And which day are the jobs advertised?

i dont think any newspapers have a huge job sections anymore, but the Herald used to have one

the herald still advertise jobs but the section is tiny in the current climate, the northside news (northeast edition) may still advertise jobs
