Solictors Fees for moving houses

    Hi All,

    I am at the start of moving house and I was wondering what % Solicitors are charging for selling/buying houses?

    I know there will be the extras like land search etc, just interested in the Base %. Looking at the Dublin area.

    Why don't you call a few and ask? Also, you won't be able to get an accurate estimate on this forum as posters won't have all the details in front of them. Just call around for quotes.

    Will do, decided to see if I could get a varied response here in one go as opposed to ringing around.
