Customs fees for goods from outside the EU.

Can anybody tell me how much the customs fees are for items from countries outside the EU ? ? I have only ever bought stuff online from the UK. I have included a link below from Clothing.ie. Not sure how up-to-date the info is. http://www.clothing.ie/customs-duties-clothing-imports.html
