PlayTV crashing playstation.

Anyone had this problem? My playstation has been locking up when using playTV. Only started this evening. I have to power off and power on again. No extensive testing but gaming not affected so far so I'm guessing not a hardware issue with my 60gb launch ps3.

Could it be anything to do with the new Saorview affecting the playTV?

I was wondering if anything changed for the official launch alright. Maybe it can't cope with rte hd?

Apparently it is a problem with the latest update, presumably included in the mandatory update after the PSN relaunched. Wish I'd read this before I uninstalled the software and reinstalled to try and fix it. Now all my recordings are gone.
