IRCs or American Stamps for SAES

How oh how does anyone submit material to the States? It is possible to buy British and Canadian stamps online but the American postal service does not deliver internationally and International Reply Coupons seem to have gone the way of the dinosaur. Has anyone been able to source either please?

Personally, if you are posting paper to the States, I would just say to put it into recycling rather than mailing it back. And give an e-mail address so they can e-mail you rather than posting.
