My vodafone bb is pinging between 700 and 900

I've tried everything I can to fix it but nothing. Anybody got any helpful tips? I'm ringing them again tomorrow before I change over to the robbing eircom.

What server are you pinging?

If its a fault in the line/exchange, then its Eircom who will have to fix it.

Vodafone Dublin server but somtimes it's Sligo and Limerick. It could be the line but last time I rang they said the line was fine.

What are you pinging with?

Have you tried to ping with cmd?
