Can I use Adobe Lightroom 3 for cloning ?

I used to use photoshop, but can it be done with LR 3 ? I know there is a spot removing tool but it is only circular and no good for the below type of dust mark

You can use it. It can be a bit more awkward and slow though. For the above type of mark you can use multiple interlinking circles. Then select clone or heal, whichever works best.
