    what's the best route? 25a to merrion square and walk up? Train and dart?

    First of all it depends on what part of Lucan you're coming from!

    Take any of the following from

    South Lucan: 25a / 25b
    Lucan Village: 25 / 66 / 66a / 66b / 67

    to Nassau Street and then any of 4, 5, 7, 7a, 8 or 47 to RDS.

    cheers. Thankfully I know my way round Lucan:p It's just getting to the RDS from anywhere in town which I was curious about.
