Is there any way to line up the channels that are FTA for easier navigation ?

No,
You can set them up as Favourites and use the blue button to scroll through them.

This is why people buy FTA or Freesat boxes and replace the sky recevier.
While the sky reciever does the job. It can be annoying with all the crap you can scan through to see whats on. After all if you cant get the channel for free who wants it in the list
