problem, signed up for eircom NGB regular and talktime chatter, but BB speed veryslow

hi eircom, i signed up for eircom NGB regular, ( with unlimited broadband usage) and talk time chatter, broadband became active on Friday however its only syncing at 3mb, i called technical support, and they tell me broadband home plus was ordered for my line, so it looks like eircom did not deliver the package that i ordered.

eircom, can you tell me when you will provide the package that i actually ordered? i checked my line and it is in an NGB area, and line capable of 4/5 MB.

this is the speed that i am currently getting,
