He may have serious mental health issues, an intellectual disability etc. We don't know the full story yet.

The fact that he managed to get onto the apron so easily (crashing through a clearly very insecure gate) says a lot for security. Dublin has a couple of similar spots and it really needs addressing tbh.

As for the guy himself - he stabbed a Garda and rammed another. He would be dead in the USA. Hope he falls down the stairs in togher station, several times.

All Gardaí should have tasers for this exact reason.
