EMP Pro Multiswitch 9/10 dies?

Five years after my initial setup I decided to move with the times and install a quattro and EMP ProfiLine Multischalter 9/10 as recommended on board.For two weeks it worked perfectly,now nothing,no led on,despite AC ok.I suppose I should try another quattro before posting it back to Germany.Any sugestions?!

Have you a Quad to test with?

Is 28.2E on 1st port?
