Recording from start of programme on Humax

I heard a rumour a while ago that if you were watching a programme on the Humax & pressed record it would record from when you first started watching rather than from when record was pressed ?

Was this ever released in a software update or am I missing something ?

No it's not too late, you can always edit it - well for a time you can.

If you could record on the Humax from the Scart or HDMI or USB input, it would be possible to record from Saorview making it brilliant, but you can't.

The Panasonic Freesat+ machines do have video in though - interesting.
