UPC - No of TV channels essential v ultimate

Does anyone know the difference? On the UPC website it says a wide range of channels for essentials and the widest range for ultimate. I assume all the major channels are on both & the extra ones on the ultimate are god channels & shopping channels. Is that correct? Is it worth the extra few quid for ultimate in terms of…
