Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As far as I can suss and thats been said earlier, you need a licence to grow even personal amounts:( Perfectly legal in the UK though)

Thank you for the link! I bookmarked it. On the contrary, the more I read it appears that both the UK and EU freely allow tobacco to be grown.

No license necessary unless you are growing commercially AFAIK.

See the link in this post.
    what counts as commercial?
Growing it to sell, rather than for personal use.

I think you need a licence regardless of whether you're doing it commercially or not.

My Kentucky Burley KY90 are about 8 inches high now.
The flower border, Persian Blue (Papaver Somniferens), legal, sets it off a treat.

Only take the yellow / white ones off

hang them in a dry well ventilated place that gets sun
and as the leaves dry and shrink its
"prepareable" chop slice or dice into thin slices and smoke your lungs out :-)
