Missed calls from a number I can't call back

I keep missing calls from a particular number and it's wrecking my head. But when I try to call the number back, either from my O2 phone or my wife's Vodafone, it always says 'network busy' rather than an engaged tone. I can't find the number on google either. Any ideas? +35314819100
