Seriously why would she want to see a library?
Wasn't it where the Jedi Library was based on in Episode 2? And the Queen is a huge Star Wars fan.

Maybe she wants to borrow a book? Maybe she just likes books? Maybe she wants to check her email? Play with the márla? There's lots you can do in your local library.

Yeah, it would be much better if she went on a walkabout in the city and gave some of our heroes a chance to embarrass the country.

Is it. It's pretty impressive considering when it was made. And showing the queen looking at it on news channels that are viewed by potential tourists is probably the reasoning for bringing her there.

By the way, is this the one-and-only-queen thread, or the one and only queen-thread?

    Bring back the hyphen...

    ...and the ellipsis.

Funnily enough they dont seem to afford much respect to the opinions of those who disagree them.

you havent. if youve been to the long library you have seen a facimile. the real one is kept away in a vault with the other Irish annals.

I can see why you would think it was ****e as it was a product of a pre norman conquest Irish culture and therefore doesnt fit in with the ususal republican victimhood.

not to mention it was created at a time when Ireland had colonised part of Britain

It isn't often I'd find myself quoting Bertie Ahern but he did say once, "in Ireland sure it's often the case when trying to get something done, where if it isn't clouded in contraversy, then sure you'd have to ask if it is worth doing at all"...
