Trouble with Meteor Webtexts

Hello everyone. I'm on meteor since 2004 and I've never had the need for using webtexts. But I've been trying to use it today. It tells me to enter my phone number and pin to login. I do so and it tells me 'login invalid'. I've not changed my sim card pin since I got the phone. Any ideas as to why I'm not allowed log in??…

Hello everyone.
