Why are people a bit thick about this? Its pretty clear what the intention is - to officially recognise by the UK state that Irish men and women fought for Irish freedom.

If she didn't you would be the first one to say "why could she not even recognise our Independence by laying a wreath at the garden of remembrance".

I'm Irish and I'm not insulted with her doing it. Speak for yourself sunshine!

If you’re so anti the Queens visit why don’t you make a placard and go out on the streets and protest – you’d soon find out one way or the other how popular your views were among ‘ordinary people’.

Socialism and Communism are not the same thing. This is a misconception that so many people have. Communism doesn't work, socialism on the other hand can and does.
